The Nighthawk Custom Envoy is the third entry in the prestigious Ambassador Series of 1911 pistols, offering a blend of exceptional craftsmanship and distinctive features that set it apart from other models. Built on a government frame, the Envoy features a match-grade 5-inch barrel, available in 9mm.
The Ambassador Series’ hallmark feature, positive front cocking serrations, returns with the Envoy. These protruding serrations on the front of the slide not only provide a unique aesthetic but also offer ample grip for a press check. Meanwhile, standard rear cocking serrations ensure a firm hold when racking the slide.
The Envoy showcases Nighthawk Custom’s patented Flush-Fit Magwell, enabling swift and efficient reloads without extending the overall length of the grip. Custom-engineered grips, designed in collaboration with Railscales for the Ambassador Series, offer a thin profile that enhances comfort and aids in concealment.
The front strap and mainspring housing are checkered at 25 lines per inch (lpi), providing a secure grip on the pistol for confident handling in any situation. A crowned bull barrel and bull nose cut on the front of the slide add to the pistol’s sleek design and precision performance.
